TCHEA Membership

There are two types of memberships

1. Regular Members – Regular members are individuals who are active in the field of healthcare engineering and related disciplines, e.g. clinical engineering, safety engineering, HMO engineering services, design and construction, nursing home and extended care facilities.
2. Associate member – Associate members are actively engaged in a service or trade directly related to healthcare engineering. Representatives of healthcare related associations, agencies and educational institutions whose primary responsibility includes matters directly related to healthcare engineering.

Annual Dues

Regular Members = $20.00

Associate Members = $55.00

Application Process

In order to become a member, the following process shall be taken.

1. Attend at least one meeting as a guest.
2. Submit the formal application requesting membership
3. Your application is presented at the next regular meeting.
4. A vote will be taken of the members present. An affirmative majority is required to accept your application.
5. Your yearly dues have been paid.
